KL Dining Table

This counter-height table is constructed of solid wood with traditional mortise and tenon joinery. The quarter-sawn Douglas fir top is not a typical choice for a table top. It is lower density wood and with time will show its age and tell the story of the family that uses it—but at 2 inches thick it will never wear out and the natural oil finish can easily be restored without being completely stripped.
